I finally got to do what I have dreamed of for so long...making a cake for my little girl! We had her Baptism and Christening on January 16th. The bottom tier is 3 layers: chocolate, white, and chocolate with an oreo buttercream. So, not only does the icing taste like oreos, the cake looks like a big oreo! The top tier was just 2 levels of white cake and oreo buttercream. I loved making this cake and look forward to making many more for her.
What a beautiful cake! I love all the little details and of course, the little sweetie on the top! I'm sure you two will have lots of fun making cakes together... Now you have an assistant :)
