This was my first grooms cake! It was a surprise to the groom from the bride. It's of course chocolate cake! It was then filled with chocolate buttercream along with a raspberry filling. The whole cake was coated in chocolate marshmallow fondant. The bulldog was challenging to make, but certainly fun to try! Even the Georgia logo was made out of fondant!
